Downsizing Changes
After 14 wonderful years operating The Neuadd we are undertaking some changes.
We have closed Valley View Cottage, Oaktree Cottage, Sugarloaf Cottage, Usk Apartment and Loft Suite.
Trelawney Cottage remains along with Courtyard Suite and Vinetree Suite. The remainder of the barn has become our home and we are selling the farmhouse along with Trelawney Cottage.
If the market is slow for that combination then we may decide to retain Trelawney. We are staging the release of holiday availability to ensure there is no risk to your booking.

Why the Change?
Welsh Government "second homes" legislation has changed the landscape for holiday rentals in recent years. Running one cottage as a secondary income or property investment can still make very good sense, but unfortunately many clusters of properties like The Neuadd are no longer viable as a livelihood.
We have therefore decided to move closer to retirement. We know others across Wales doing the same.
We are excited by our new freedom and look forward to welcoming guests to Trelawney and our beautiful B&B Suites.
