Courtyard Suite enjoys a spacious living/dining room, adjoining bedroom, Kingsized Bed and ensuite shower-room.
The suite opens directly onto to our courtyard area with it's outstanding views and garden furniture.

There is ample pace for outdoor kit as well as access to a guest garden for picnics and just soaking up the views.
For those with ease of access in mind the suite has a level entry and a walk-in shower (not a power-shower). Courtyard Suite comprises 38 square metres.
Free Wifi, Smart TV, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee, Tea and breakfast supplies. Sorry no dogs, no smoking.
The suite enjoys a bistro table in the courtyard just outside the suite. This overlooks some disruption in the courtyard area in 2026 due to some re-organising we are undertaking. (We have reduced our prices to reflect this). The guest garden however is undisturbed. Note we are only releasing dates that we know will not have building works happening so you can be sure of not being disturbed.

Vinetree Suite enjoys Kingsized Bed with adjoining lounge area & ensuite bathroom with (non-power) shower over bath.
Views look across our courtyard towards Sugarloaf Mountain and a velux window above the bed provides a view to the night sky (we are in a Dark Sky Reserve so tend to get a lot of stars)..

Accessed via a short staircase (the entrance lobby is shared with neighbouring Loft Pilates Room.
Vinetree Suite was updated in April 2023 and comprises 40 square metres. Free Wifi, Freeview TV, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee, Tea and breakfast supplies. Sorry no dogs, no smoking.
The courtyard area visible from Vinetree Suite is undergoing some changes in 2026 so is not as presentable as usual (we have included a photo looking out of Vinetree window and reduced our prices slightly to reflect this) but we are only releasing dates that we know will not have any noisy works taking place. The suite enjoys use of our guest garden area - ideal for picnics or just soaking up the views.
