Your B&B concept here is top notch, with everything thought through.  5 stars.  We have loved the independence from the stress of getting up at a particular time as in a normal B&B - not that we have lazed in the comfy bed - too much to see and do.

The fridge allowed us to have a picnic lunch and so could avoid the crowded cafes - we got provisions from the deli in town - highly recommeded.  We liked the Vinetree too - simple but well made food and The manor does an excellent roast lamb - with a view... a real treat for me as I don't eat very much meat  - but when in Wales ....

The Art Gallery run by the womens group is also worth a look , we bagged a lovely carving.
